Find lowest gas prices in Snellville

If you are concerned about the rising gas prices, there is a site you should know about. It's called AtlantaGasPrices.com. THIS LINK will take you directly to a list of gas stations and their prices in the Snellville area.

I have also linked this on the right sidebar of this blog, below the animated driving dog.
He's so cheerful isn't he? If you look at him long enough, you might be able to forget that it takes nearly $80 to fill up your car.

There are some tips I have for you. When do I not have tips, right? LOL!

• Try to combine trips and think ahead before just jumping in the car
• Put a cooler in your car trunk, so you can buy frozen or refrigerated food on your errands and not have to come all the way back home to put it in the freezer or fridge right away.
• Gas up during the coolest part of the day (it has something to do with expansion...you'll get more for your money)

Anyone else have any tips or good websites to share? Please post a comment, we'd love to hear from you.

Threat spray painted on house

This video doesn't run very well, or it could be my computer...it is choppy through the intro, but then it cleared up. LINK

A Snellville family woke up one day to find a message spray painted on the back of their house.
The owner of the house has a racial discrimination suit against a security company, and the spray painted message says "drop your case stupid N_____" of course, you know the actual word was there.

Gwinnett County Police say it is Criminal Damage to Property, 2nd degree.

This would certainly be very scary and stressful, beyond the damage to property.
