It is a family owned business, and Yvonne really takes pride in her work. Her carpet cleaning equipment is truck mounted, and she does a very thorough job.
I cannot stress that enough - you will get a better carpet cleaning than you've ever received before from anyone else. It does leave your carpet a bit damp, but all I do is run some fans and it dries pretty quickly and looks and smells wonderful.
