I'm sure if you want to donate something, they will want to hear from you right away. This is a nice way to promote your business and it should qualify as a tax deductible donation.
Proceeds for the event "will enhance children's worship services with new state-of-the-art technology, continue to remodel our facilities to accommodate our growing number of children and youth, provide scholarship opportunities for summer music camps, and fully launch our community concert series with well-established artists."
They are seeking donations of:
- Gift certificates
- Homemade items
- Home baked goods
- Theme baskets
- Furniture
- Collectibles
- Your vacation home for a week or weekend
- Business services
- Sports memorabilia
- Other goods and services
Along with the auctions, the church will have Catered Dinner and Entertainment. Tickets are $5 per person. Childcare will be available for infants through 5th Grade. Cost per child is $5 with a $15 per family maximum. This cost includes dinner. It is recommended that you reserve your seat early.
