pictures up women’s skirts at a Suwanee Wal-Mart. Police
charged Phillip Earley, 24, ...

He told police he is addicted to pornography and needs help.
He was 'allegedly' using his cell phone camera to take the pictures.
I'm surprised there were that many women wearing skirts.
I can't even remember the last time I saw a lady in a dress!
