Do you have a neighbor with a purple house?Well, you might be surprised that Snellville has an ordinance about exterior home paint colors. Also good to note in case you consider repainting your own house.
You can see the palette here: Exterior Color Palette (pdf), found under Zoning Ordinances in the Official City of Snellville website, www.Snellville.org.
The colors shown on the color palette list are of a certain brand, but equivalent colors are allowed.
Some people pay an association fee to be sure neighbors don't paint in garish colors. In Snellville, it's just another benefit of living here.
