It looks like they successfully convinced dim-witted people that the Census is an evil enterprise, organized by Dictator Obama to profile Americans. It's either that, or maybe people are just "too busy" or lazy to fill out an embarrassingly simple form.
So now, we can have less funding in our schools and everywhere else in Gwinnett money is desperately needed. Most radio talk show hosts don't live here, so lucky for them, it won't affect them at all.
