The fun begins at 5 p.m. with food*, inflatable rides* and games. Then, at dark (around 9 p.m.) watch Rio on the big screen. The screen itself is an inflatable, but you can't ride it. Believe me, I tried and the Snellville Police have a really fast response time.
You can bring your own picnic/food/snacks from home if you like, but no alcoholic beverages are allowed in the park.
