Today I woke up and the good old flu has hit me. Thanks to my good friend (see below) I am now feeling a bit better. It is very good to have some of this on hand, in case you get the flu.

Singin' the Stomach Flu Blues
Has the stomach flu been to your house yet? It's been here, a week or so ago, with a vengeance. First it hit my 4 year old son with a 24-hour variety, I had one day of a break, and then it hit my 2 year old son. Again, it struck in the middle of the night and lasted 24 hours. If you haven't stayed up all night with a barfing toddler, while watching 4 straight back-to-back episodes of Barney, you haven't really lived. LOL!
