Higher fines for extreme speeders

This is really interesting. It's an increase in speeding fines for people who excessively speed or are habitual violators. The money from ticketing people who are extreme speeders will go to fund hospital trauma centers and to start or improve trauma emergency room services in rural areas.
Seems fitting to me, because these are the people who cause a lot of traumatic accidents.
