Thanks to everyone who helped out in the "Campaign to Champagne" - Especially those of you who follow @SnellvilleBlog on Twitter, you really 'rocked' the vote!I received messages from people in neighboring cities who told me that they wanted to come to Snellville on Sunday, have a beer with a meal and go shopping here. They wanted to spend their money in Snellville. Now they can.

The Committee for a Better Snellville had so many people who were committed to "Have a plan and work the plan." I can't remember everyone's names, so I'll just thank everyone as a group. It was a group effort after all. It's awe-inspiring what can happen when nobody cares who takes credit for it.

Oh happy day!! This is a great day for Snellville. I always said that Snellville would be perfect for a Taco Mac or something like that, and now with this situation resolved, I fully hope to see more eating establishments come to town and help our local economy ultimately thrive.
