What was thought to be a suspicious device of some kind turned out to be an empty metal box at Lilburn's Yellow River Game Ranch, prompting authorities to close down US78 for a time today. The box had the word "Explosives" on it,
according to the Gwinnett Daily Post. After the box was investigated, the all-clear was given, allowing people back into the area. We're told the metal box had probably been on the Yellow River Game Ranch property for many decades.
