The board for the Evermore CID is expected to name Hill as interim executive director in a meeting Wednesday afternoon, Chairman Dwight Harrison said.
Hill would handle the day-to-day operations for the self-taxing association of property owners along U.S. 78 in Gwinnett County. Hill likely would serve six months, earning about $10,000 a month, Harrison said.
"He has agreed to do this to help the Evermore CID, help Gwinnett County and get the board leveled out. That's his motivation," Harrison said.
