The annual Run the Reagan Road Race is scheduled for February 19, 2011.
Boasting impressive numbers: 3,500 runners and 200 volunteers, Run The Reagan promises to be this years' biggest sporting event in Snellville, maybe even all of Gwinnett County! The Run the Reagan Road Race attracts jogging and running enthusiasts of all levels.
The Run the Reagan is Half Marathon, 5K & 10K. The 10k course is USATF certified and according to the Run the Reagan website, it can be used as a 2011 AJC Peachtree Road Race qualifier.
The course is 13 miles long, with water stations located every 1-1/2 miles. The event will be held regardless of weather.
Proceeds from the event benefit YoungLife and Snellville's Gwinnett Community Clinic.
