Your organization can participate in this year's Snellville Days Parade and compete for CASH PRIZES!
The parade begins the Snellville Days Festival on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 10 a.m. Various entries, including schools, churches, civic organizations and businesses will participate in the parade. It's free to enter, but the deadline for applications is April 15th, so act now if you are interested in being part of the 38th Annual Snellville Days Parade!
The parade route will begin at the Wisteria Village Shopping Center, travel down Wisteria Drive, turn left on North Road, turn left on Oak Road, continue down Oak Rd and conclude by turning into Snellville City Hall's parking lot.
Floats will be judged at 9 a.m. based on theme, originality, creativity, and overall presentation. Cash prizes will be awarded:
- First Place: $300
- Second Place : $200
- Third Place: $100
Floats that are not present at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2011 will not be eligible. Click here for the pdf of the Snellville Days Parade Application.
