Mayor of Lawrenceville GA, Rex Millsaps, has won $250,000 in the Lottery. Lucky duck.
His daughter's getting married so a lot of money will go toward that. He also plans to have his truck detailed. There might be enough there to get a little bit of gas too. (LOL)
