UPDATE: LOCATED, July 2009Gwinnett County Police are looking for an elderly man who has been missing since Wednesday, August 13th.
Jean Joseph Laguerre is 80-year-old black man. He is from Haiti, and does not speak English - he only speaks Creole. He is about 5 feet tall, and 142 pounds. He has "salt and pepper" hair. When he was last seen, he was wearing green pants, a beige and brown striped shirt, and black shoes.
He was sitting on his daughter's porch on Melrose Place in Lawrenceville. His daughter went inside for some period of time, and when she looked for him on the porch, he was gone. His daughter is very concerned for Mr. Laguerre's welfare - he takes high blood pressure medicine and he doesn't know anyone in the area.
If you are familiar with the area or have family and friends in Lawrenceville, please let them know about this so they can be alert to notice Mr. Laguerre.
