Wow, how messed up is it that it has been an even number of council members?!? What an incredible waste of time. How many good things have been forgotten?
Senator Don Balfour wants to work out a change to give our Snellville city council an odd number so there is a tie-breaker.
Well of course it should be an odd number. Even Congress, with 100 members, is divided 50/50, but Congress has the vote of the Vice President to break ties.
