Snellville Christmas tree recycling

Now that Christmas is over, you might be looking for a place to dispose of your Christmas tree. Rather than throwing your Christmas tree away, how about recycling it? The mulch created from your tree will be used to help beautify Gwinnett parks.

Here's how to recycle your Christmas tree in Snellville.
Make sure all lights and decorations (including tinsel) are removed, then take your tree to either of these locations, today through January 15, 2011 :

Fire Station 6, 3890 Johnson Drive, Snellville 30039
or Fire Station 12, 2815 Lenora Church Road, 30078.

There are 28 designated drop off sites in Gwinnett County. To see the full list, visit Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful.
