Parents & Teens Face Charges of Making Backyard Bombs

The actual charges are "Possession, manufacturing, etc. of destructive devices."

Snellville Police Det. Jim McDonald said the teens, aged 16 to 19, had made the small bombs using water bottles, bathroom cleaning fluids and aluminum foil. He said officers found the remnants of 10 exploded devices in the backyard of the house.
