According to the City of Snellville, October 31st is Halloween, whether it falls on a Sunday or not. My friend Trish told me that she called Snellville City Hall and they told her that yes, Halloween would be whatever day of the week October 31st happens to fall on. I didn't even think of calling City Hall.
So there you have it. Now just don't let your greed for Kit-Kats take you to houses of people you do not know, and an adult should go with you.
Families wanting a safer and fun alternative to trick-or-treat may want to try Snellville First Baptist Church's big community "Trunk Or Treat" event on Sunday, October 31st. [details on this and more Halloween weekend events here]
Thanks so much! This answers my question!

If it concerns you that much that you have to wonder if it's OK or not, then doesn't that mean something? If you don't feel it's OK, then don't do it. You've got Friday and Saturday.
ReplyDeleteI'm like that about garage sales on Sundays. Although I don't seem to be bothered by going to somebody else's garage sale on a Sunday, I could never bring myself to hold a yard sale on a Sunday.
