The Snellville Days Parade will take place Saturday, May 6, 2006 at 10 am.
The parade route is new this year, so all of our 15,000 residents should jot that on the calendar.
It will begin at Wisteria Village, go right on Wisteria Drive, left onto North Road (by the new tall Nanston Dental Building) then take a left on Oak Road (by the Snellville Post Office), and will end at the new City Center.
We respectfully ask that the ladies keep their tops on at all times, and that the men refrain from giving out mardi gras necklaces. We would also ask that the senior citizens please not bring kegs of beer. We don't need another incident like last year, when Mabel (age 102) was breakdancing on US78 and got run over by a clown car. Keep in mind that Snellville is a Christian town.
