Project developer and owner Cousins Properties will introduce the 385,000 square-foot center to the media Tuesday night with an official ribbon cutting. Officially open for business on Wednesday, August 16, The Avenue Webb Gin will feature a number of live radio appearances, special events and family programming all culminating with a full day of excitement and activities Saturday, August 19. About The Avenue Webb Gin

At full build out, The Avenue Webb Gin, an open-air specialty retail center will consist of 366,000 square feet of retail space and 19,000 square feet of office space with more than 70 retailers, businesses and restaurants on 56 acres. Phase I, opening next week on the south side of Webb Gin House Road, will contain 216,000 square feet of retail space. Phase II, opening in October 2006 on the north side of Webb Gin House Road, will contain 130,000 square feet of retail space. An additional 20,000 square feet of retail space is planned for the north side with a 2008 delivery date. The Avenue Webb Gin will be the seventh Avenue in the Cousins portfolio.
