A Snellville family woke up one day to find a message spray painted on the back of their house.
The owner of the house has a racial discrimination suit against a security company, and the spray painted message says "drop your case stupid N_____" of course, you know the actual word was there.
Gwinnett County Police say it is Criminal Damage to Property, 2nd degree.
This would certainly be very scary and stressful, beyond the damage to property.
