Snellville Hallmark store customer service nightmare...I don't make this stuff up, folks....and it's not my review so I'm not saying it's true or not. I'm a customer service freak myself, so I can't stand to hear about someone even feeling like they were mistreated or embarrassed publicly.

THAT'S AWFUL... and has happened to me, but not at hallmark.
