Commercial property sales drop dramatically in past year

AT&T sold its Lenox Park campus for $275.3 million, while the Presidential Markets shopping center in Snellville brought $58.5 million.
Apparently, the statistics are skewed because of a lack of real estate "mega-deals" in the past year. Did you know that Presidential Market Shopping Center was worth so much? I'll need to wear my nicer clothes to shop there now!
