William Carson, a South Gwinnett High School senior, has been chosen as a Semifinalist in the Ayn Rand Institute’s 2008 Fountainhead essay contest.
William’s essay was chosen out of 5,000 that were submitted! Meg Sullivan, Education Department
Coordinator of the Ayn Rand Institute stated of William’s essay, “your award is certainly a major accomplishment.”
Additionally, William participated in the Georgia PTA Reflections Program this year, and
his poem "WOW" won first place in his category.
