Expect an additional property tax bill

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Gwinnett homeowners with a home value of $200,000 or less will receive an additional property tax bill from 2009.

The Gwinnett Daily Post reported that most of these bills will be about $160 and are due May 15, 2010.

The good news is, you can look up your address on that page, and see what you will owe. I owe $53.99 on top of the $1,415 I paid in 2009.

    Or over 200,000. My property appraised at 221,000 and my bill is 201.64.
