I'm left wondering, how did Snellville GET 1.1 MILLION DOLLARS in the hole? I'm sure the red-light cameras weren't the cause of it, that wasn't enough money. $34,000 was paid to the Gwinnett Municipal Association, the purchase of land for the new public safety complex on Wisteria Drive was supposed to come from funds that have been set aside previously for that purpose. I know Baker's Rock was one investment the city wanted to make. So what's the shortfall from? I'm not accusing, I'm just asking. All Snellville citizens should be asking.

Looking at what they posted on line it looks like fines and forfeitures are down $800,000.00. That seems to be about 78% of it. Is that the red light cameras.
