Hallelujiah -- Some common sense. There have been thefts of air conditioning units, copper plumbing right out of new developments, brass cemetery vases, and even manhole covers. I've been wondering how somebody can show up at a recycling place with vases from a cemetery and not even be questioned. I would find the recycling center as guilty as the thieves -- after all, if they receive stolen property and just turn a "blind eye" to it. Come on.
