Mason Hart is the starting quarterback on the South Gwinnett High School Varsity football team. His house burned to the ground from a lightning strike on Sunday night. He escaped his house wearing only running shorts, t-shirt and flip flops with his dog. No one was injured but his family lost everything. Mason was at school on Monday morning, showing what kind of a true stand-up guy he is!
A fund has been set up at Wells-Fargo by the Touchdown Club to help support the family. And the school is selling t-shirts that say "Got Hart?" to help as well. Everybody should step up and help our community!
If you would like to help, donations can be made at Wells Fargo Bank, made payable to the "South Gwinnett TD Club Hart Family Assistance Fund." Students are also selling t-shirts at the school to also raise funds for the family.
