The customer ain't always right
A U-Haul manager in Snellville called police after a customer screamed at him and struck him. The manager said the woman had rented a truck and agreed to return it later that day. However, the customer never showed up and didn't respond to several phone calls asking her whereabouts. Instead, the customer returned the truck the next day and acted as if nothing had happened. The manager told her there was an additional charge due to the late return. The customer became irate, called the manager racist and reached over the counter to smack him in the face. The woman refused to leave the store and continued to scream profanities. She was arrested. - AJC Link
