Local blogger thinks she's special
A Snellville artist and blogger has successfully tricked herself psychologically into thinking people actually care about what she writes in her blog, www.MySnellvilleBlog.com
"My post about the lighting of the Snellville Christmas Tree had all the citizens of Snellville on the edge of their seats!" the deluded woman excitedly proclaimed. In reality, only about three Snellville residents read the post, and one of those was an illiterate squirrel.
In the future, she plans such groundbreaking blog posts as: sales at Target, the length of the line at the Snellville Post Office, traffic on Highway 78/Main Street in Snellville, and getting the air ducts cleaned in her house.
"The dust level in my house is truly unbelievable," she mused, regarding her duct cleaning plans for 2008.

As one of the "three" Snellville residents that read Darla's Blog regularly, I appreciate her review of matters in our city. I especially appreciated her review of the politics of the recent election and found her Blog to be the only one not pushing an agenda.
ReplyDeleteWe are a small town and this Blog continues to give the "small town" news, even about the Christmas tree lighting.
Sign me the "illiterate squirrel."
thanks DW :) You really made my day.
