one of their former officers for illegally selling used vehicles.
Michael James Saunders, 48, ...
Authorities at the Motor Vehicle Theft Unit investigated Saunders
since May after receiving a complaint. The police say they also
discovered he forged signatures on ownership documents.
He is charged with one count of forgery, two counts of violation
of oath of office, one count of Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt
Organizations, one count of false statement, and three counts of
illegally selling used vehicles.
