The big problem (as I see it) was that Gwinnett County Commissioners just HAD to have that Gwinnett Braves Stadium, no matter what the cost got to be, it kept on going.
Then they wanted to raise our taxes (and we have been under-taxed for years but nobody wants to face that hard fact)...why have we been under-taxed? Because people want to get re-elected. Nobody wants to get labeled as "the guy who raised our taxes."
