SNELLVILLE Ga - Kaiser Permanente members who live or work in Snellville now have a more convenient location to receive health care. The Snellville Medical Office opened to patients today.
The 7,500 square foot facility, located at 2240 Fountain Drive near Highway 78, is a part of Kaiser Permanente’s ongoing initiative to improve access to health care for its 230,000 members in Georgia. Staffed by physicians of The Southeast Permanente Medical Group, the Snellville Medical Office offers adult medicine, pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, radiology and lab services. It also has an on-site pharmacy.
Physicians on staff include Purnima Rao, M.D. (Internal Medicine), Shekou Sesay, M.D. (Pediatrics) and Chrisitian Parks, M.D. (Ob/Gyn). Diane Bell, a certified nurse midwife, will also serve patients at this location.
“This medical office allows us to better serve our growing Kaiser Permanente membership in and around Gwinnett County,” said Peter Andruszkiewicz, president of Kaiser Permanente of Georgia. “We look forward to providing quality, affordable health care to residents of these communities for many years to come.”
