Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle wreck that claimed the life of a 58-year-old Snellville woman earlier this week. According to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, the woman died after a collision about 8 a.m. Sunday near the southbound exit ramp at Hwy. 20 and Ga. 400.
...the Corolla, driven by Carole Stephens Boyd, was leaving the southbound Ga. 400 lane and turning left to go east. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Boyd and his siblings learned this week that his mother had taken steps to "make sure we were taken care of and she didn’t even tell us that.”
He said his mother, who loved fishing and Geocaching, had worked as a Gwinnett County Activities bus driver for 20 years.
