Freshstart is the American Cancer Society's quit smoking program. It consists of four, one-hour sessions taught by a trained facilitator. Participants will learn about the benefits of quitting, strategies for quitting and will identify a personal quit plan. Participants are encouraged to set a quit date while the class is meeting to get the benefit of the group support.
