Recently, the City of Snellville contracted with a new trash hauler. To complete the switch-over from Republic to Waste Pro, you will receive a new trash container and recycling bin from Waste Pro any day now. Some of my friends already have! Here's what you need to know:
Keep using your current trash bins/recycling containers through end of June, regardless of when you receive the new bin from Waste Pro. Use the new cans beginning July 1. Your trash pick-up day will NOT change. Your old bins will be picked up on your last regular trash pick up day in June. Waste Pro will honor the blue "extra trash bags" that you may have previously purchased.
