That is where they are successful. That is why you don’t hear about panhandlers in Snellville.”You may not "hear" about a panhandling problem in Snellville, but I have. It's been a little bit of a problem in some grocery store parking lots in Snellville and Loganville. Not as big as Atlanta's panhandling problem of course.

The ones I usually encounter in the parking lots here in "the burbs" tend to be more of the "grifters", who put on acting jobs with some "sob-story" or another.
ReplyDeleteRight...they don't really stay in one place very long. They mainly say they are short on gas money and there's a family emergency and they really need the money, etc, etc.
