"Robert Jenkins, Donald Denny, John Doster, Jerry Downs, Kenneth Hood, Robert Lane Jr, Dwight McCart and Mary Kay Payne have filed a joint lawsuit to prevent the City from issuing Sunday Sales licenses. This is a frivolous lawsuit aimed to slow progress and harm our local restaurants. This matter will be heard Monday morning by Gwinnett Superior Court.
